R1263-2 - PAK3 (M) Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal
|
Quantity: 100 ul Application: WB Predicted I Observed M.W.: 62 I 56 kDa Uniprot ID: O75914 Background: Serine/threonine-protein kinase PAK 3 (PAK3) belongs to the protein kinase superfamily, the STE Ser/Thr protein kinase family, and the STE20 subfamily. PAK3 is a serine/threonine protein kinase that plays a role in a variety of different signaling pathways including cytoskeleton regulation, cell migration, or cell cycle regulation. PAK3 plays a role in dendrite spine morphogenesis as well as synapse formation and plasticity. Additionally, PAK3 acts as downstream effector of the small GTPases CDC42 and RAC1. Other Names: Serine/threonine-protein kinase PAK 3, Beta-PAK, Oligophrenin-3, p21-activated kinase 3, PAK-3, OPHN3 Source and Purity: Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the middle region of human PAK3. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. Storage Buffer and Condition: Supplied in 1 x PBS (pH 7.4), 100 ug/ml BSA, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% NaN3. Store at -20 °C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt. Species Specificity: Human, Mouse Tested Applications: WB: 1:1,000-1:3,000 (detect endogenous protein*) *: The apparent protein size on WB may be different from the calculated M.W. due to modifications. Product Data: Fig 1. Western blot of total cell extracts from(A) mouse brain, (B) mouse thymus, (C) human HeLa; using anti-PAK3 (M) (R1263-2) at RT for 2 h. |
