Background:

Chemokine (C-C motif) ligand 22 (CCL22) is a cytokine with chemotactic activity for monocytes, dendritic cells, natural killer cells and for chronically activated T lymphocytes; while it has no chemoattractant activity for neutrophils, eosinophils and resting T lymphocytes. CCL22 may also play a role in the trafficking of activated T lymphocytes to inflammatory sites and other aspects of activated T lymphocyte physiology.  CCL22 binds to chemokine receptor CCR4.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the N-terminal region of mouse CCL22.  Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. 

Storage Buffer and Condition:

Supplied in 1 x PBS (pH 7.4), 100 ug/ml BSA, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% NaN₃. Store at -20 °C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt.
