R1286-1 - RFX4 (M) Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal
|
Quantity: 100 ul Application: WB Predicted | Observed MW: 83 kDa Uniprot ID: Q33E94 Background: Transcription factor RFX4 (RFX4) is a member of the regulatory factor X gene family, which contains a highly-conserved winged helix DNA binding domain. RFX4 is structurally related to regulatory factors X1, X2, X3, and X5. RFX4 has been shown to interact with itself as well as with regulatory factors X2 and X3, but it does not interact with regulatory factor X1 [provided by RefSeq]. Other Names: Transcription factor RFX4, Regulatory factor X 4, Testis development protein NYD-SP10 Source and Purity: Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing middle region of human RFX4. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. Storage Buffer and Condition: Supplied in 1 x PBS (pH 7.4), 100 ug/ml BSA, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% NaN3. Store at -20 °C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt. Species Specificity: Human Tested Applications: WB: 1:1,000-1:3,000 (detect endogenous protein*) *: The apparent protein size on WB may be different from the calculated M.W. due to modifications. Product Data: Fig 1. Western blot of total cell extractsfrom human HeLa; using anti-RFX4 (M) (R1286-1) at RT for 2 h. |
