Background:

Neurogenin-3 (NEUROG3) is a basic helix-loop-helix (bHLH) transcription factor involved in neurogenesis. NEUROG3 likely acts as a heterodimer with another bHLH protein. Defects in the NEUROG3 gene are a cause of congenital malabsorptive diarrhea 4.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the N-terminal region of mouse NEUROG3. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen.
