Background:

Synaptic vesicle glycoprotein 2B (SV2B) is a multi-pass membrane protein belonging to the synaptic vesicle proteins 2 (SV2) family. This protein and other members of the family are localized to synaptic vesicles and may function in the regulation of vesicle trafficking and exocytosis.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the N-terminal region of mouse SV2B. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen.
