In a recent paper published in Science, Xu et al. reported that the ABP1-TMK auxin-sensing complex activates ROP2 and ROP6 GTPase signaling pathways to regulate nontranscriptional cytoplasmic responses and associated fundamental processes in Arabidopsis.

Although ROP2 and ROP6 are two highly related proteins, anti-ROP2 and anti-ROP6 antibodies made by Abiocode were shown to specifically recognize endogenous ROP2 and ROP6 proteins, respectively (Xu et al., Science, 343:1025-1028).
