Background:
Synaptic vesicle glycoprotein 2A (SV2A) is a multi-pass membrane protein belonging to the synaptic vesicle proteins 2 (SV2) family. This protein and other members of the family are localized to synaptic vesicles and may function in the regulation of vesicle trafficking and exocytosis.

Source and Purity:
Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the N-terminal region of mouse SV2A. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen.
Storage Buffer and Condition:
Supplied in 1 x PBS (pH 7.4), 40% Glycerol, 0.01% NaN3. Store at -20 °C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt.
