Product Introduction:

vPair^TM antibodies represent a pair of fully characterized antibodies that recognize two different regions of a target protein. Background:

Zinc finger and SCAN domain-containing protein 5A (ZSCAN5A) is a nuclear protein which may be involved in transcription regulation. ZSCAN5A contains 5 C2H2-type zinc fingers and 1 SCAN box domain.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with GST-fusion proteins containing either the N-terminal [ZSCAN5A (N) (R2247-1)] or the middle [ZSCAN5A (M) (R2247-2)] region of human ZSCAN5A. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. 

Storage Buffer and Condition:

Supplied in 1 x PBS (pH 7.4), 100 ug/ml BSA, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% NaN₃. Store at -20 °C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt.
