Background:

DRD3 inhibits adenylyl cyclase through inhibitory G-proteins. DRD3 is expressed in phylogenetically older regions of the brain, suggesting that this receptor plays a role in cognitive and emotional functions. DRD3 is a target for drugs which treat schizophrenia, drug addiction, and Parkinson's disease.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the middle region of human DRD3. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. 

Storage Buffer and Condition:
