Background:

NCKAP1L is a member of the HEM family of tissue-specific transmembrane proteins which are highly conserved from invertebrates through mammals. NCKAP1L is only expressed in hematopoietic cells. NCKAP1L is a part of the Scar/WAVE complex which plays an important role in regulating cell shape in both metazoans and plants.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the C-terminal region of human NCKAP1L. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen.
