R1901-3 - POU2F3 (N2) Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal
|
Quantity: 100 ul Application: WB Predicted I Observed M.W.: 47 I 47, 58 kDa Uniprot ID: Q9UKI9 Background: POU2F3 binds to a specific octamer DNA motif and regulate cell type-specific differentiation pathways. POU2F3 is primarily expressed in the epidermis, and plays a critical role in keratinocyte proliferation and differentiation. POU2F3 is also a candidate tumor suppressor protein, and aberrant promoter methylation of this gene may play a role in cervical cancer. Other Names: Octamer-binding protein 11, Octamer-binding transcription factor 1, Transcription factor PLA-1, Transcription factor Skn-1, OTF11, PLA1, Epoc-1, OCT11, Skn-1a, PLA-1 Source and Purity: Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the N-terminal region of mouse POU2F3. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. Storage Buffer and Condition: Supplied in 1 x PBS (pH 7.4), 100 ug/ml BSA, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% NaN3. Store at -20 °C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt. Species Specificity: Human, Mouse Tested Applications: WB: 1:1,000-1:3,000 (detect endogenous protein*) *: The apparent protein size on WB may be different from the calculated M.W. due to modifications. Product Data: (A) mouse thymus, (B) human HeLa, (C) human Jurkat, using anti-POU2F3 (N2) (R1901-3) at RT for 2 h. |
