The use of a pair of fully characterized vPairTM antibodies in the same assay can validate signal specificity since vPairTM antibodies recognize two independent epitopes of the same protein. Background: Transcription factor Early B-cell factor 4 (EBF4) is also known as COE4, which belongs to the conserved Olf/EBF family of helix-loop-helix transcription factors, members of which play important roles in neural development and B-cell maturation. EBF4 recognizes variations of the palindromic sequence 5'-ATTCCCNNGGGAATT-3'.
