R0202-1 - DESMIN (C) Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal
|
Quantity: 100 ul Application: WB Predicted I Observed M.W.: 53.5 kDa Uniprot ID: P17661 Background: Desmin are class-III intermediate filaments found in muscle cells. In adult striated muscle they form a fibrous network connecting myofibrils to each other and to the plasma membrane from the periphery of the Z-line structures. Defects in DES are the cause of myopathy myofibrillar desmin-related (MFM-DES), also known as desmin-related myopathy (DRM); cardiomyopathy dilated type 1I (CMD1I) and neurogenic scapuloperoneal syndrome Kaeser type (Kaeser syndrome). Other Names: DES Source and Purity: Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the C-terminal region of human DESMIN. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. Storage Buffer and Condition: Supplied in 1 x PBS (pH 7.4), 100 ug/ml BSA, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% NaN3. Store at -20 °C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt. Species Specificity: Human, Mouse Tested Applications: WB: 1:1,000-1:5,000 (detect endogenous protein*) *: The apparent protein size on WB may be different from the calculated M.W. due to modifications. Product Data: from mouse heart, using Ab (R0202-1) at RT for 2 h. |
