R2231-1 - HOXA5 (N) Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal
|
Quantity: 100 ul Application: WB Predicted I Observed M.W.: 29 I 42 kDa Uniprot ID: P20719 Background: Homeobox protein HOXA5 is a nuclear protein that belongs to the Antp homeobox family and contains 1 homeobox DNA-binding domain. HOXA5 is a sequence-specific transcription factor which is part of a developmental regulatory system that provides cells with specific positional identities on the anterior-posterior axis. HOXA5 binds specifically to the motif 5'-CYYNATTA[TG]Y-3', including its own promoter. Other Names: Homeobox protein Hox-A5, Homeobox protein Hox-1C, HOX1C Source and Purity: Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing N-terminal region of human HOXA5. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. Storage Buffer and Condition: Supplied in 1 x PBS (pH 7.4), 100 ug/ml BSA, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% NaN3. Store at -20 °C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt. Species Specificity: Human, Mouse Tested Applications: WB: 1:1,000-1:3,000 (detect endogenous protein*) *: The apparent protein size on WB may be different from the calculated M.W. due to modifications. Product Data: Fig 1. Western blot of total cell extracts frommouse thymus; using anti-HOXA5 (N) (R2231-1) at RT for 2 h.
