Background:

NCK2 is an adapter protein which associates with tyrosine-phosphorylated growth factor receptors or their cellular substrates. NCK2 maintains low levels of EIF2S1 phosphorylation by promoting its dephosphorylation by PP1. NCK2 plays a role in ELK1-dependent transcriptional activation in response to activated Ras signaling.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the N-terminal region of human NCK2. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen.
