Background:

Zinc finger and BTB domain containing 16 (ZBTB16) is a member of the Kruppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family.  It is a transcription factor that contains nine Kruppel-type zinc finger domains at the carboxyl terminus.  It is involved in cell cycle progression and interacts with a histone deacetylase.  Aberrant gene at rearrangement at this locus has been linked with acute promyelocytic leukemia.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the N-terminal region of mouse ZBTB16.  Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen.
