R2181-2 - MYCN (C) Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal
|
Quantity: 100 ul Application: WB Predicted I Observed M.W.: 50 kDa Uniprot ID: P04198 Background: N-myc proto-oncogene protein (MYCN) is a member of the MYC family containing a basic helix-loop-helix (bHLH) domain. MYCN is located in the nucleus and must dimerize with another bHLH protein in order to bind DNA. Amplification of this gene is associated with a variety of tumors, most notably neuroblastomas [provided by RefSeq]. Other Names: N-myc proto-oncogene protein, Class E basic helix-loop-helix protein 37, bHLHe37, BHLHE37, NMYC Source and Purity: Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the C-terminal region of human MYCN. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. Storage Buffer and Condition: Supplied in 1 x PBS (pH 7.4), 100 ug/ml BSA, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% NaN3. Store at -20 °C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt. Species Specificity: Human, Mouse Tested Applications: WB: 1:1,000-1:3,000 (detect endogenous protein*) *: The apparent protein size on WB may be different from the calculated M.W. due to modifications. Product Data: (A) mouse thymus, (B) human Jurkat, (C) human HeLa; using anti-MYCN (C) (R2181-2) at RT for 2 h. |
