R2127-2 - MAP3K15 (C1) Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal
|
Quantity: 100 ul Application: WB Predicted I Observed M.W.: 147 kDa Uniprot ID: Q6ZN16 Background: Mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase kinase 15 (MAP3K15) is also known as Apoptosis signal-regulating kinase 3 (ASK3), which is a member of the mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) family. These family members function in a protein kinase signal transduction cascade, where an activated MAPK kinase kinase (MAP3K) phosphorylates and activates a specific MAPK kinase (MAP2K), which then activates a specific MAPK. MAP3K15 plays an essential role in apoptotic cell death triggered by cellular stresses [provided by RefSeq]. Other Names: Mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase kinase 15, Apoptosis signal-regulating kinase 3, MAPK/ERK kinase kinase 15, MEK kinase 15, MEKK 15, ASK3 Source and Purity: Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the C-terminal region of human MAP3K15. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. Storage Buffer and Condition: Supplied in 1 x PBS (pH 7.4), 100 ug/ml BSA, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% NaN3. Store at -20 °C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt. Tested Applications: WB: 1:1,000-1:3,000 (detect endogenous protein*) *: The apparent protein size on WB may be different from the calculated M.W. due to modifications. Species Specificity: Human Tested Applications: WB: 1:1,000-1:3,000 (detect endogenous protein*) *: The apparent protein size on WB may be different from the calculated M.W. due to modifications.
