Background:

Mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase kinase 15 (MAP3K15) is also known as Apoptosis signal-regulating kinase 3 (ASK3), which is a member of the mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) family. These family members function in a protein kinase signal transduction cascade, where an activated MAPK kinase kinase (MAP3K) phosphorylates and activates a specific MAPK kinase (MAP2K), which then activates a specific MAPK. MAP3K15 plays an essential role in apoptotic cell death triggered by cellular stresses [provided by RefSeq].

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the C-terminal region of human MAP3K15. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen.
