Background:

Forkhead box p3 (Foxp3) is a member of the forkhead/winged-helix family of transcriptional regulators.  It plays a vital role in immune response.  Mutations in Foxp3 are the cause of immunodeficiency polyendocrinopathy, enteropathy, X-linked syndrom (IPEX), also known as X-linked autoimmunity-immunoeficiency syndrome.

Source and Purity:

Mouse monoclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the N-terminal region of mouse Foxp3. Antibodies were purified by Caprylic Acid- Ammonium Sulfate precipitation. 

Storage Buffer and Condition:

Supplied in 1 x PBS (pH 7.4), 40% Glycerol, 0.02% Thimerosal. Store at -20 °C. Stable for at least 6 months from date of receipt.
