R0793-1 - IKZF3 (N) Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal
|
Quantity: 100 ul Application: WB
Predicted I Observed M.W.: 58 I 72 kDa Uniprot ID: Q9UKT9 Background: Zinc finger protein Aiolos (IKZF3) belongs to the Ikaros C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family. IKZF3 is a transcription factor that plays an important role in the regulation of lymphocyte differentiation. IKZF3 plays an essential role in regulation of B-cell differentiation, proliferation and maturation to an effector state. Additionally, IKZF3 is involved in regulating BCL2 expression and controlling apoptosis in T-cells in an IL2-dependent manner. Other Names: Zinc finger protein Aiolos, Ikaros family zinc finger protein 3, ZNFN1A3 Source and Purity: Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the N-terminal region of human IKZF3. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. Storage Buffer and Condition: Supplied in 1 x PBS (pH 7.4), 100 ug/ml BSA, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% NaN3. Store at -20 °C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt. Species Specificity: Human Tested Applications: WB: 1:1,000-1:3,000 (detect endogenous protein*) *: The apparent protein size on WB may be different from the calculated M.W. due to modifications. Product Data: Fig 1. Western blot of total cell extracts from(A, B) human HeLa; using 2 independent Absagainst 2 distinct regions of human IKZF3 atRT for 2 h. |
