Background:

Zinc finger protein Aiolos (IKZF3) belongs to the Ikaros C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family. IKZF3 is a transcription factor that plays an important role in the regulation of lymphocyte differentiation. IKZF3 plays an essential role in regulation of B-cell differentiation, proliferation and maturation to an effector state. Additionally, IKZF3 is involved in regulating BCL2 expression and controlling apoptosis in T-cells in an IL2-dependent manner.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with GST-fusion proteins containing either the N-terminal [IKZF3 (N) (R0793-1)] or the C-terminal [IKZF3 (C1) (R0793-2)] region of human IKZF3. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. 

Storage Buffer and Condition:

Supplied in 1 x PBS (pH 7.4), 100 ug/ml BSA, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% NaN3. Store at -20 °C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt.
