Background:

T-box transcription factor TBX1 is a probable transcriptional regulator involved in developmental processes. TBX1 is required for normal development of the pharyngeal arch arteries.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the N-terminal region of human TBX1. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen.
