Background:

Transcription factor SOX-6 is a transcriptional activator that binds specifically to the DNA sequence 5'-AACAAT-3'. SOX6 plays a key role in several developmental processes, including neurogenesis and skeleton formation.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with GST-fusion proteins containing either the N-terminal [SOX6 (N) (R2974-1)] or the C-terminal [SOX6 (C) (R2974-2)] region of human SOX6. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. 

Storage Buffer and Condition:

Supplied in 1 x PBS (pH 7.4), 100 ug/ml BSA, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% NaN3. Store at -20 °C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt.
