R1868-1 - DAPK3 (C1) Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal
|
Quantity: 100 ul Application: WB Predicted I Observed M.W.: 53 kDa Uniprot ID: O43293 Background: Death-associated protein kinase 3 (DAPK3) belongs to the protein kinase superfamily, the CAMK Ser/Thr protein kinase family, and the DAP kinase subfamily. DAPK3 is a serine/threonine kinase which is involved in the regulation of apoptosis, autophagy, transcription, translation, actin cytoskeleton reorganization, cell motility, smooth muscle contraction, and mitosis, particularly cytokinesis. DAPK3 regulates both type I apoptotic and type II autophagic cell deaths signal, depending on the cellular setting. The former is caspase-dependent, while the latter is caspase-independent and is characterized by the accumulation of autophagic vesicles. Other Names: Death-associated protein kinase 3, DAP kinase 3, ZIPK, DAP-like kinase, Dlk, MYPT1 kinase, Zipper-interacting protein kinase, ZIP-kinase Source and Purity: Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the C-terminal region of human DAPK3. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. Storage Buffer and Condition: Supplied in 1 x PBS (pH 7.4), 100 ug/ml BSA, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% NaN3. Store at -20 °C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt. Species Specificity: Human Tested Applications: WB: 1:1,000-1:3,000 (detect endogenous protein*) *: The apparent protein size on WB may be different from the calculated M.W. due to modifications. Product Data: Fig 1. Western blot of total cell extracts from(A) human HeLa, (B) human Jurkat; using anti- DAPK3 (C1) (R1868-1) at RT for 2 h. |
