R2018-1 - DUSP10 (N) Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal
|
Quantity: 100 ul Application: WB Predicted I Observed M.W.: 53 kDa Uniprot ID: Q9Y6W6 Background: Dual specificity protein phosphatase 10 (DUSP10) belongs to the protein-tyrosine phosphatase family as well as the Non-receptor class dual specificity subfamily. DUSP10 is a protein phosphatase involved in the inactivation of MAP kinases. Additionally, DUSP10 has the specificity for the MAPK11/MAPK12/MAPK13/MAPK14 subfamily. Other Names: Dual specificity protein phosphatase 10, MKP5, Mitogen-activated protein kinase phosphatase 5, MAP kinase phosphatase 5, MKP-5 Source and Purity: Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the N-terminal region of human DUSP10. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. Storage Buffer and Condition: Supplied in 1 x PBS (pH 7.4), 100 ug/ml BSA, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% NaN3. Store at -20 °C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt. Species Specificity: Human, Mouse Tested Applications: WB: 1:1,000-1:3,000 (detect endogenous protein*) *: The apparent protein size on WB may be different from the calculated M.W. due to modifications. Product Data: Fig 1. Western blot of total cell extracts frommouse brain, using anti- DUSP10 (N) (R2018-1) at RT for 2 h. |
