Background:

HECT domain-containing protein 2 (HECTD2) is a probable E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase which accepts ubiquitin from an E2 ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme in the form of a thioester and then directly transfers the ubiquitin to targeted substrates.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the C-terminal region of human HECTD2. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen.
