Background:

Proprotein convertase subtilisin/kexin type 7 (PCSK7) is a single-pass type I membrane protein belonging to the peptidase S8 family. PCSK7 is likely to represent a ubiquitous endoprotease activity within constitutive secretory pathways and capable of cleavage at the RXXX[KR]R consensus motif.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the N-terminal region of human PCSK7. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. 

Storage Buffer and Condition:
