R2587-2 - BCOR (C) Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal
|
Quantity: 100 ul Application: WB Predicted I Observed M.W.: 192 I 230 kDa Uniprot ID: Q6W2J9 Background: BCL-6 corepressor (BCOR) belongs to the BCOR family and is a transcriptional corepressor. BCOR may specifically inhibit gene expression when recruited to promoter regions by sequence specific DNA-binding proteins such as BCL6 and MLLT3. This repression may be mediated at least in part by histone deacetylase activities which can associate with this corepressor. BCOR is involved in the repression of TFAP2A, and impairs binding of BCL6 and KDM2B to TFAP2A promoter regions. Other Names:
BCL-6 corepressor, BCoR, KIAA1575 Source and Purity: Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the C-terminal region of human BCOR. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. Storage Buffer and Condition: Supplied in 1 x PBS (pH 7.4), 100 ug/ml BSA, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% NaN3. Store at -20 °C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt. Species Specificity: Human Tested Applications: WB: 1:1,000-1:3,000 (detect endogenous protein*) *: The apparent protein size on WB may be different from the calculated M.W. due to modifications. Product Data: Fig 1. Western blot of total cell extracts from human Jurkat, using anti- BCOR (C) (R2587-2) at RT for 2 h. |
