R2807-1 - RLIM (N) Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal
|
Quantity: 100 ul Application: WB Predicted | Observed MW: 69 kDa Uniprot ID: Q9NVW2 Background: RING finger LIM domain-binding protein (RLIM) is a RING-H2 zinc finger protein. It has been shown to be an E3 ubiquitin protein ligase that targets LIM domain binding 1 (LDB1/CLIM), and causes proteasome-dependent degradation of LDB1. RLIM and LDB1 are co-repressors of LHX1/LIM-1, a homeodomain transcription factor [provided by RefSeq]. Other Names: E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase RLIM, LIM domain-interacting RING finger protein, RING finger LIM domain-binding protein, R-LIM, RING finger protein 12, Renal carcinoma antigen NY-REN-43, RNF12, MGC15161 Source and Purity: Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the N-terminal region of human RLIM. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. Storage Buffer and Condition: Supplied in 1 x PBS (pH 7.4), 100 ug/ml BSA, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% NaN3. Store at -20 °C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt. Species Specificity: Human Tested Applications: WB: 1:1,000-1:3,000 (detect endogenous protein*) *: The apparent protein size on WB may be different from the calculated M.W. due to modifications. Product Data: Fig 1. Western blot of total cell extracts fromhuman HeLa, using anti- RLIM (N) (R2807-1) at RT for 2 h. |
