Background:

PR domain zinc finger protein 14 (PRDM14) is a member of the PRDI-BF1 and RIZ homology domain containing (PRDM) family of transcriptional regulators. PRDM14 may possess histone methyltransferase activity and plays a critical role in cell pluripotency by suppressing the expression of differentiation marker genes. Expression of PRDM14 may play a role in breast cancer.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with GST-fusion proteins containing either the N-terminal [PRDM14 (N) (R3056-1)] or the C-terminal [PRDM14 (C) (R3056-2)] region of human PRDM14. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. 

Storage Buffer and Condition:

Supplied in 1 x PBS (pH 7.4), 100 ug/ml BSA, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% NaN₃. Store at -20 °C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt.
