Background:

RANBP9 interacts with RAN, a small GTP binding protein belonging to the RAS superfamily that is essential for the translocation of RNA and proteins through the nuclear pore complex. RANBP9 has also been shown to interact with several other proteins, including met proto-oncogene, homeodomain interacting protein kinase 2, androgen and glucocorticoid receptors, and cyclin-dependent kinase 11.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the middle region of human RANBP9.  Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. 

Storage Buffer and Condition:

Supplied in 1 x PBS (pH 7.4), 100 ug/ml BSA, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% NaN₃. Store at -20 °C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt.
