R1079-2 - ZBTB7A (C) Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal
|
Quantity: 100 ul Application: WB Predicted I Observed M.W.: 61 I 65 kDa Uniprot ID: O95365 Background: ZBTB7A plays a key role in the instruction of early lymphoid progenitors to develop into B lineage by repressing T-cell instructive Notch signals. ZBTB7A specifically represses the transcription of the CDKN2A gene. ZBTB7A efficiently abrogates E2F1-dependent CDKN2A transactivation/de-repression. Other Names: Zinc finger and BTB domain-containing protein 7A, Factor binding IST protein 1, FBI-1 Factor that binds to inducer of short transcripts protein 1, HIV-1 1st-binding protein 1, Leukemia/lymphoma-related factor, POZ and Krueppel erythroid myeloid ontogenic factor, POK erythroid myeloid ontogenic factor, Pokemon, TTF-I-interacting peptide 21, TIP21 Zinc finger protein 857A, FBI1, LRF, ZBTB7, ZNF857A Source and Purity: Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing C-terminal region of human ZBTB7A. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. Storage Buffer and Condition: Supplied in 1 x PBS (pH 7.4), 100 ug/ml BSA, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% NaN3. Store at -20 °C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt. Species Specificity: Human Tested Applications: WB: 1:1,000-1:3,000 (detect endogenous protein*) *: The apparent protein size on WB may be different from the calculated M.W. due to modifications. Product Data: A) human HeLa, B) human Jurkat; using anti-ZBTB7A (C) (R1079-2) at RT for 2 h. |
