Background:

RFX5 activates transcription from class II MHC promoters. RFX5 recognizes X-boxes, and mediates cooperative binding between RFX and NF-Y,where RFX binds to the X1 box of MHC-II promoters.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing C-terminal region of human RFX5. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen.
