R3093-2 - OTUD7B (C2) Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal
|
Quantity: 100 ul Application: WB Predicted I Observed M.W.: 93 I 110 kDa Uniprot ID: Q6GQQ9 Background: OTU domain-containing protein 7B (OTUD7B) is a negative regulator of the non-canonical NF-kappa-B pathway that acts by mediating deubiquitination of TRAF3, an inhibitor of the NF-kappa-B pathway, thereby acting as a negative regulator of B-cell responses. In response to non-canonical NF-kappa-B stimuli, OTUD7B deubiquitinates 'Lys-48'-linked polyubiquitin chains of TRAF3, preventing TRAF3 proteolysis and over-activation of non-canonical NF-kappa-B. OTUD7B negatively regulates mucosal immunity against infections. Other Names: OTU domain-containing protein 7B, Cellular zinc finger anti-NF-kappa-B protein, Zinc finger A20 domain-containing protein 1, Zinc finger protein Cezanne Source and Purity: Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the C-terminal region of human OTUD7B. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. Storage Buffer and Condition: Supplied in 1 x PBS (pH 7.4), 100 ug/ml BSA, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% NaN3. Store at -20 °C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt. Species Specificity: Human Tested Applications: WB: 1:1,000-1:3,000 (detect endogenous protein*) *: The apparent protein size on WB may be different from the calculated M.W. due to modifications. Product Data: Fig 1. Western blot of total cell extracts from A) human HeLa, B) human Jurkat; using anti-OTUD7B (C2) (R3093-2) at RT for 2 h. |
