Background:

Transforming acidic coiled-coil-containing protein 1 (TACC) is a protein that is likely involved in the processes that promote cell division prior to the formation of differentiated tissues. Dysregulation of the human (TACC) genes is thought to be important to the development and progression of multiple myeloma and gastric cancer.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing C-terminal region of human TACC1. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen.
