R0548-3 - TBX21 (C) Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal
|
Quantity: 100 ul Application: WB Predicted I Observed M.W.: 58 I 70 kDa Uniprot ID: Q9JKD8 Background: TBX21 is a transcription factor that controls the expression of the TH1 cytokine, interferon-gamma. It initiates TH1 lineage development from naive TH precursor cells both by activating TH1 genetic programs and by repressing the opposing TH2 programs. TBX21 is involved in asthma with nasal polyps and aspirin tolerance. Other Names: T-box transcription factor TBX21, T-box protein 21, T-cell-specific T-box transcription factor T-bet Source and Purity: Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing C-terminal region of mouse TBX21. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. Storage Buffer and Condition: Supplied in 1 x PBS (pH 7.4), 100 ug/ml BSA, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% NaN3. Store at -20 °C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt. Species Specificity: Mouse Tested Applications: WB: 1:1,000-1:3,000 (detect endogenous protein*) *: The apparent protein size on WB may be different from the calculated M.W. due to modifications. Product Data: Fig 1. Western blot of total cell extractsfrom mouse brain; using anti-TBX21 (C) (R0548-3) at RT for 2 h. |
