Background:

TBX21 is a transcription factor that controls the expression of the TH1 cytokine, interferon-gamma. It initiates TH1 lineage development from naive TH precursor cells both by activating TH1 genetic programs and by repressing the opposing TH2 programs. TBX21 is involved in asthma with nasal polyps and aspirin tolerance.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing C-terminal region of mouse TBX21. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen.
