Background:

Low affinity immunoglobulin gamma Fc region receptor III-A (FCGR3A) is a single-pass type I membrane protein and a receptor for the Fc region of IgG. FCGR3A binds complexed or aggregated IgG and also monomeric IgG. FCGR3A also mediates antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) and other antibody-dependent responses, such as phagocytosis.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing C-terminal region of human FCGR3A. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. 

Storage Buffer and Condition:
