R1390-1 - NRCAM (N) Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal
|
Quantity: 100 ul Application: WB Predicted I Observed M.W.: 144 I 170, 180 kDa Uniprot ID: Q92823 Background: Neuronal cell adhesion molecule (NRCAM) is a single-pass type I membrane protein belonging to the immunoglobulin superfamily and the L1/neurofascin/NgCAM family. NRCAM is a cell adhesion, ankyrin-binding protein involved in neuron-neuron adhesion. NRCAM may play a role in the molecular assembly of the nodes of Ranvier. Other Names: Neuronal cell adhesion molecule, Nr-CAM, Neuronal surface protein Bravo, hBravoNgCAM-related cell adhesion molecule, Ng-CAM-related Source and Purity: Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing N-terminal region of human NRCAM. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. Storage Buffer and Condition: Supplied in 1 x PBS (pH 7.4), 100 ug/ml BSA, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% NaN3. Store at -20 °C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt. Species Specificity: Human, Mouse Tested Applications: WB: 1:1,000-1:3,000 (detect endogenous protein*) *: The apparent protein size on WB may be different from the calculated M.W. due to modifications. Product Data: A) mouse brain, B) mouse thymus, C) human Jurkat; using anti-NRCAM (N) (R1390-1) at RT for 2 h. |
