R1777-2 - NKX2-5 (M1) Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal
|
Quantity: 100 ul Application: WB Predicted I Observed M.W.: 35 I 44 kDa Uniprot ID: P52952 Background: Homeobox protein Nkx-2.5 (NKX2-5) belongs to the NK-2 homeobox family and is implicated in commitment to and/or differentiation of the myocardial lineage. NKX2-5 acts as a transcriptional activator of ANF in cooperation with GATA4. NKX2-5 is transcriptionally controlled by PBX1 and acts as a transcriptional repressor of CDKN2B. Furthermore, it is required for spleen development. Other Names: Homeobox protein Nkx-2.5, Cardiac-specific homeobox, Homeobox protein CSX, Homeobox protein NK-2 homolog E, CSX, NKX2.5, NKX2E Source and Purity: Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing middle region of human NKX2-5. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. Storage Buffer and Condition: Supplied in 1 x PBS (pH 7.4), 100 ug/ml BSA, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% NaN3. Store at -20 °C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt. Species Specificity: Human Tested Applications: WB: 1:1,000-1:3,000 (detect endogenous protein*) *: The apparent protein size on WB may be different from the calculated M.W. due to modifications. Product Data: from human HeLa; using anti-NKX2-5 (M1) (R1777-2) at RT for 2 h. |
