R3162-2 - TICRR (M) Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal
|
Quantity: 100 ul Application: WB Predicted I Observed M.W.: 211 kDa Uniprot ID: Q7Z2Z1 Background: Treslin (TICRR) belongs to the treslin family and is a regulator of DNA replication and S/M and G2/M checkpoints. TICRR regulates the triggering of DNA replication initiation via its interaction with TOPBP1 by participating in CDK2-mediated loading of CDC45L onto replication origins. TICRR is required for the transition from pre-replication complex (pre-RC) to pre-initiation complex (pre-IC). TICRR is also required to prevent mitotic entry after treatment with ionizing radiation. Other Names: Treslin, TopBP1-interacting checkpoint and replication regulator, TopBP1-interacting, replication-stimulating protein, C15orf42 Source and Purity: Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing middle region of human TICRR. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. Storage Buffer and Condition: Supplied in 1 x PBS (pH 7.4), 100 ug/ml BSA, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% NaN3. Store at -20 °C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt. Species Specificity: Human, Mouse Tested Applications: WB: 1:1,000-1:3,000 (detect endogenous protein*) *: The apparent protein size on WB may be different from the calculated M.W. due to modifications. Product Data: A) mouse thymus, B) human Jurkat; using anti-TICRR (M) (R3162-2) at RT for 2 h. |
