R0119-1 - JMJD7 (N) Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal
|
Quantity: 100 ul Application: WB Predicted M.W.: 36 kDa Uniprot ID: P0C870 Background: Jumonji domain containing 7 (JMJD7) is a highly conserved protein with a JmjC domain, which is part of the cupin metalloenzyme superfamily. Proteins with JmjC domains may function as 2-oxoglutarate-Fe(II)-dependent dioxygenases. JMJD7 was first thought to be an alternatively spliced isoform of phospholipase A2, group IVB protein (PLA2G4B) since it is located just upstream of PLA2G4B. Most tissues express read-through transcripts from JMJD7 into the downstream PLA2G4B, some of which may encode fusion proteins combining the two proteins. Other Names: JmjC domain-containing protein 7, hCG_37726, FLJ20543, FLJ20807, FLJ77014, FLJ78330 Source and Purity: Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the N-terminal region of human JMJD7. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. Storage Buffer and Condition: Supplied in 1 x PBS (pH 7.4), 100 ug/ml BSA, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% NaN3. Store at -20 °C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt. Species Specificity: Human Tested Applications: WB: 1:1,000-1:5,000 (detect endogenous protein*) *: The apparent protein size on WB may be different from the calculated M.W. due to modifications.
