Background:

Cdc42 effector protein 3 (CDC42EP3) is a member of a small family of guanosine triphosphate (GTP) metabolizing proteins that contain a CRIB (Cdc42, Rac interactive binding) domain. Members of this family of proteins act as effectors of CDC42 function. CDC42EP3 is involved in actin cytoskeleton re-organization during cell shape changes, including pseudopodia formation. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants [provided by RefSeq].

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with GST-fusion proteins containing either the middle [CDC42EP3 (M) (R1805-1)] or the C-terminal [CDC42EP3 (C) (R1805-2)] region of human CDC43EP3. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. 

Storage Buffer and Condition:

Supplied in 1 x PBS (pH 7.4), 100 ug/ml BSA, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% NaN₃. Store at -20 °C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt.
