R0123-1 - MYST1 (N) Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal
|
Quantity: 100 ul Application: WB Predicted M.W.: 52 kDa Uniprot ID: Q9H7Z6
Background: MYST histone acetyltransferase 1 (MYST1) belongs to the MYST family of histone acetyltransferases, which is named after the founding members of MOZ, yeast YBF2 and SAS2, and TIP60. Members of this family contain a conserved sequence known as a MYST region, which contains a canonical acetyl-CoA-binding site and a C2HC-type zinc finger motif. MYST1 is thought to be involved in transcriptional activation. It also may influence the function of ATM. Other Names: Probable histone acetyltransferase MYST1, MYST-1, MOZ, YBF2/SAS3, SAS2 and TIP60 protein 1, hMOF, MOF, PP7073, FLJ14040, KAT8 Source and Purity: Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the N-terminal region of human MYST1. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. Storage Buffer and Condition: Supplied in 1 x PBS (pH 7.4), 100 ug/ml BSA, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% NaN3. Store at -20 °C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt. Species Specificity: Human Tested Applications: WB: 1:1,000-1:5,000 (detect endogenous protein*) *: The apparent protein size on WB may be different from the calculated M.W. due to modifications.
Product Data: Fig 1. Western blot of total cell extracts from (A) human HepG2, (B) human K562, using Ab (R0123-1) at RT for 2 h.
