Background:

LIM/homeobox protein Lhx1 is a potential transcription factor. It may play a role in early mesoderm formation and later in lateral mesoderm differentiation and neurogenesis. LHX1 contains 2 LIM zinc-binding domains that interact with LDB1.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing C-terminal region of human LHX1. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen.
