R1334-1 - BCL3 (M) Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal
|
Quantity: 100 ul Application: WB Predicted | Observed MW: 48 kDa Uniprot ID: P20749 Background: B-cell lymphoma 3 protein (BCL3) is a proto-oncogene candidate. It is identified by its translocation into the immunoglobulin alpha-locus in some cases of B-cell leukemia. BCL3 contains seven ankyrin repeats, which are closely related to those found in I kappa B proteins. BCL3 functions as a transcriptional co-activator that activates through its association with NF-kappa B homodimers. The expression of BCL3 can be induced by NF-kappa B, which forms a part of the autoregulatory loop that controls the nuclear residence of p50 NF-kappa B [provided by RefSeq]. Other Names: B-cell lymphoma 3 protein, BCL-3, Proto-oncogene BCL3, BCL4, D19S37 Source and Purity: Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the middle region of human BCL3. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. Storage Buffer and Condition: Supplied in 1 x PBS (pH 7.4), 100 ug/ml BSA, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% NaN3. Store at -20 °C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt. Species Specificity: Human Tested Applications: WB: 1:1,000-1:3,000 (detect endogenous protein*) *: The apparent protein size on WB may be different from the calculated M.W. due to modifications. Product Data: Fig 1. Western blot of total cell extractsfrom human HeLa; using anti-BCL3 (M) (R1334-1) at RT for 2 h. |
