R3239-1 - QSOX1 (M1) Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal
|
Quantity: 100 ul Application: WB Predicted I Observed M.W.: 83, 67 kDa Uniprot ID: O00391 Background: Sulfhydryl oxidase 1 (QSOX1) catalyzes the oxidation of sulfhydryl groups in peptide and protein thiols to disulfides with the reduction of oxygen to hydrogen peroxide. QSOX1 may contribute to disulfide bond formation in a variety of secreted proteins. In fibroblasts, it may have tumor-suppressing capabilities being involved in growth regulation. Two isoforms of QSOX1 have been identified: the 83 kD isoform (QSOX-L) is a single-pass membrane protein located at Golgi apparatus membrane; and the 67 kD isoform (QSOX-S) is a secreted protein. Other Names: Sulfhydryl oxidase 1, hQSOX, Quiescin Q6, QSCN6, UNQ2520/PRO6013 Source and Purity: Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing middle region of human QSOX1. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. Storage Buffer and Condition: Supplied in 1 x PBS (pH 7.4), 100 ug/ml BSA, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% NaN3. Store at -20 °C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt. Species Specificity: Human, Mouse Tested Applications: WB: 1:1,000-1:3,000 (detect endogenous protein*) *: The apparent protein size on WB may be different from the calculated M.W. due to modifications. Product Data: A) mouse thymus, B) human HeLa, C) human Jurkat; using anti-QSOX1 (M1) (R3239-1) at RT for 2 h. |
