Quantity: 100 ul Application: WB Predicted I Observed M.W.: 24 I 27 kDa Uniprot ID: Q14582 Background: Max dimerization protein 4 (MXD4) is a transcriptional repressor that binds with MAX to form a sequence-specific DNA-binding protein complex which recognizes the core sequence 5'-CAC[GA]TG-3'. MXD4 antagonizes MYC transcriptional activity by competing for MAX and suppresses MYC dependent cell transformation.
