Background:

DNA-binding protein inhibitor ID-4 is a nuclear protein that contains one bHLH (basic helix-loop-helix) domain. ID (inhibitor of DNA binding) HLH proteins lack a basic DNA-binding domain but are able to form heterodimers with other HLH proteins, thereby inhibiting DNA binding.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the N-terminal region of human ID4. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. 

Storage Buffer and Condition:
