Background:

Ras and Rab interactor 3 (RIN3) belongs to the RIN (Ras interaction/interference) family and is a ras effector protein that functions as a guanine nucleotide exchange (GEF) for RAB5B and RAB31, by exchanging bound GDP for free GTP. RIN3 is required for normal RAB31 function.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the C-terminal region of human RIN3. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen.
