Quantity: 50 ul WT and 50 ul co-9 mutant extracts

Product Description:

Protein extracts were prepared from wild type (WT, Columbia) or CO-deficient mutant (co-9) arabidopsis leaves harvested 12 h post light stimulation. Plants were grown under the long-day (LD) photoperiod conditions. Plant tissues were ground to fine powders and mixed with 4 x SDS sample buffer. This product can be used as controls for Western blot analysis of CO (At5g15840) protein (Uniprot ID: Q39057).

Storage Condition:

Keep at -20°C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt.

Usage Instruction: 

For Western blot analysis, incubate protein extracts at 90°C for 5 min and load 10 ul of each extract per lane.
